We have been seeing Dr.Venerus for over 20 years now, the entire family. He is always mindful of my dental concerns and takes the time to explain my condition. My hygienist Merylin always explains things in Laman terms and the cleaning process. The hygienists always provide service of highest quality. Do get to see Dr.Narang whenever Dr.Venerus is off he is also very mindful of your dental concerns. Great customer service at the front desk always with a smile. The office is bright, clean, and new equipment. Smile By Design makes you feel like family. Everyone is friendly and caring.

I went to smile by design with multiple teeth issues. Dr. Narang was able to access and make a plan to correct and fix the teeth to the perfection. Dr. Narang & his associates are very professional. Knowledgeable about all the dental procedures and very friendly Thank you for a great service provided. Special thanks to Jannat S ❤️ who was efficient , detail oriented and helpful from the day I first contacted the clinic & to all the rest of reception team and all the dental assistants who did a great job. Miss .song ( in picture with me here) is funny , friendly & cute.

I came in for wisdom tooth extraction and let me tell you I will start with the reception Sonia was amazing in processing my paper work and my appointment and then dr Mina makar was unbelievable words can’t not describe his skills. I have a very bad fear of needles and dental work when I tell you he made me feel comfortable and at ease is an understatement. You won’t believe it when I tell you he extracted my upper left wisdom tooth in 15 seconds . Yes 15 seconds and I did a timer on my phone by the time he said done I stop the timer it was 15 seconds I couldn’t believe my eyes no pain very easy. I highly recommend dr makar to anyone even if you fear dentist he will make you fall in love with them

My wife just had the worst experience with a dental hygienist named Ella, and I need to share this so others don't go through what she did. From the moment my wife sat down, Ella immediately started scraping without giving her a chance to speak. When my wife tried to inform her about artificial crowns she needed to be aware of, Ella cut her off saying "don't do that, don't talk." Then it got worse. Ella started making racist comments about how "Indians have poor dental hygiene" and how "it's a cultural thing." This is completely unacceptable and has no place in healthcare or anywhere else. My wife was in significant pain during the cleaning and asked Ella to pause. Instead of showing any compassion or adjusting her approach, Ella dismissed her concerns saying "you need to learn to bear pain, you are a woman you are going to give childbirth." This is not just apathy towards a patient, this is straight up sexism. When my wife asked for a break, Ella complained that it would make the cleaning take longer. SO??? DO YOUR JOB. Then Ella crossed another line by asking if my wife has a therapist. When my wife answered honestly (assuming she was speaking with a non-judgmental medical professional), Ella weaponized that information, claiming my wife has "extreme anxiety" and should get anti-depressants. This is so far beyond her scope and incredibly inappropriate. This hygienist showed zero professionalism, made racist remarks, dismissed my wife's pain, and overstepped medical boundaries. We reported this to the manager, but I'm leaving this review so others know what happened. Ella is an extremely unprofessional and mean medical professional who has no business treating patients. We will not be returning and strongly recommend you avoid this practice or at minimum request a different hygienist.
