I contacted Wirechief Electric for a quote on an electrical panel upgrade and electrical service upgrade. A time and date was setup to visit the property. Octavio, the electrician, arrived and we did a walk through to understand the job. He took time to explain the required installations, adjustments and necessary locations for the install, which also required a trench to be created. A quote was provided promptly within a few days of the onsite visit. Octavio was professional and courteous during the entire interaction from initial contact to provision of the quote. and answered all the questions during the entire interaction. Although I ultimately did not select Wirechief for my install, I would still recommend one to consider Wirechief Electric based on my initial interaction.

Octavio and his team of electricians, Ben and Jason, did an amazing job adding LED pot lights to the main floor of our townhome, under cabinet lighting to the kitchen, and a light to our garage. The main floor areas we needed potlights for were the kitchen, dining room and living room. Octavio was quick to answer my inquiry, and after having a quick chat on the phone, was able to provide approximate estimate of work. He informed me that pot light installation cost and repair cost will be separate and was able to quote quite accurately the install cost but unsure of repair until they actually go in and install. He did give me a ballpark amount for repair. Overall, I found the quote to be within the amounts he quoted, and I am happy there were no surprise costs. In terms of the process, once quote is signed, Octavio and Ben came to my place to do an initial review of work a week before install date and discussed any questions I had. They were both very professional. When it came to install date, we had to delay by one day due to personal emergency by one of his guys, but I am thankful for the early heads up. Octavio is easy to communicate with via text messaging and is very responsive! The installation itself was seamless, took about two days to complete the whole scope of work, and Ben and Jason did an amazing job. They were on time, great at communicating, provided professional feedback, and was courteous with the space (the cleaned up before they left, couldn’t even tell they were even there except for the holes in the ceiling :)). Repair was done by another crew, Carlos and his painters. Carlos is very experienced as a drywaller and was able to complete patching, texturing (we had popcorn ceiling so he had to cover up the holes to match existing ceiling) and painting of ceiling in the timeline we discussed. He even went above and beyond to help me patch and sand my closet for another project! We couldn’t be happier with the overall results of the project, and thank Octavio and his team for such a great experience! Thanks WireChief!

They came and supported our Supported Housing residence in New West and ensured that outlets in 4 of our suites worked as they should for the participants residing within.
