Phil was great when he came out to quote for some composite decking at our house. Very friendly and helpful, went through design ideas said he would get back to me within the week with the quote. Unfortunately, over a month has passed and he hasn’t got back to me. I’ve emailed, WhatsApp’d with no response. I even rang up, Phil answered apologised and said he would get the quote to me asap. I’ve received nothing. If this is because of too much workload or just doesn’t want to the job that’s fine but we have received absolutely no communication at all. Very unprofessional. Disappointing as we were very happy initially.

Contacted Phil to enquire as to sorting and fixing some Trex decking for me. Initially very pleasant over the phone, exchanged videos of the job etc. phil said he would call me to finalise that evening, I messaged him 4 times over WhatsApp, pinged to say he has read all messages and has decided to ignore the messages and not reply. Sadly even if you’re busy, it is common decency to reply or explain. Poor response, sadly not very professional even after I messaged to just let me know if he didn’t/couldn’t do the work so that I may enquire with other people.

I recently had composite decking and rails fitted by Phil and his team. They were very professional and friendly. I am so pleased with the end result. If you are looking to get new decking contact Phil and his team as you will not be disappointed with the quality of their work. Joyce Bowes
