My fiance and I just purchased our first home thanks to Tom Sagona with LUX. He made the entire process incredibly easy to navigate and was dedicated to making sure we thoroughly understood our options and advocated for us when it was time to go under contract. It was easy to get ahold of him when needed, and he was very prompt at addressing the issues at hand. The sellers of the house we purchased were looking for a quick turnaround time since their previous contract had fallen through. We did a showing of the house on a saturday, put in an offer either that night or sunday morning, and were under contract by Monday. Tom worked with us and our lender to get things squared away asap and stayed on the ball until we closed. His attention to detail was immaculate. He helped get us into the first home we had been dreaming of without us having to go through months and months of dead end searching or any of the usual stress that can be associated with buying a new home.
