Had an amazing experience at Comfort Dental in Moore recently following a “dental emergency” (in my mind). My regular dentist was on vacation and I wanted to be seen. Comfort Dental was listed as a provider for my insurance, was open on a Friday (rare), and had me fitted into the schedule within two hours of me calling. Dr. Kelli and team were fantastic, getting me through the new patient paperwork, preliminary exam, and in front of the Dr. within 20 minutes of arriving. Given an interim fix I had managed at home, the question was whether I needed temporary work done ASAP to hold me over until my regular dentist would be available. Upon examination following an X-ray, Dr. K determined my home fix would hold fine and sent me on my way with simple instructions to ensure no issues arise. All of this without a charge for the imaging or the team’s time, which we all know is incredibly valuable. Without question, any dentist could have performed a procedure for a non-patient drop-in to accomplish a temporary fix regardless of need, charged my insurance, and I’d have never known the difference. Then I would have had to endure the same procedure with my regular dentist again in the near term, likely at my cost since insurance companies are awful… Thank goodness this was not the case at Comfort Dental! So, thank you to this team for getting me scheduled, listening to my concern, communicating with me about fixing vs. not, then reassuring me I’m good to wait. A fantastic, unexpected experience that is super appreciated.

Greer was great, very patient, friendly. Dr. Kelli was also super super friendly, very helpful. She was patient and very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. All around everyone was very friendly and helpful- I absolutely HATE going to the dentist but these friendly people/atmosphere really made it not so bad at all!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. My wife and two young children (6 and 10) recently visited for the first time and loved everything about this place. Now I see why. This was my first visit to Comfort Dental. I had a tooth crack. I drove by the next day and asked if they could get me in soon. They had me in the chair the next day ... but actually offered to get me in sooner if I was in any discomfort. They ended up doing x-rays, a deep clean (which was greatly needed), did a composite fill on the cracked tooth and replaced the aging filling, and then cleaned and polished all under 2 hours! From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, they treated me like I'd been a patron for years. This was easily the most comfortable I've felt in a dentist chair in decades. Thank you all so much for treating me and my family with so much care. This was truly a next level experience!
