Witty Cookie was the first marketing firm I ever hired for my small business. They mistakenly made themselves Owner instead of a Manager of my Google My Business Account. The only way to reclaim ownership is for them to transfer ownership to me. Google will not do it for me. I have emailed and called WC multiple times with no response. I hope this review prompts a response and return of ownership of my intellectual property ASAP.

I initially found WittyCookie Web Design by accident. I ended up using their services after a previous web designer failed to create any website for my business. Tiff, the representative from WittyCookie, immediately stepped up to the plate and offered to help me. In fact, Tiff was very sympathetic to my situation and was able to expedite the website. His colleagues were prompt in their correspondence and answered my numerous questions. It was tough to find a company I could trust after my first web designer flaked. The WittyCookie team put me at ease. The representatives showed me several web designs and were able to work within my budget. I sent them the information I wanted and they were able to create a professional website which I love, and of which I have received many compliments. Payment was very easy and the reps never tried to up sell any services. They were patient with my questions and made all the changes and adjustments I requested. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a professional and courteous experience.
