Terrible company to deal with. Year after year, huge increases; even while in a contract. Very hard to get out of their one sided contracts. If you decided to go with this company, read every single piece of fine print, you'll realize how crooked they are. Too many missed pick ups that they will end up billing you for, and you have to fight to have the charges removed.

Sheisty contract negotiation style. Tricking owners into accepting new terms w/ extra-fine print at the bottom. Classic, Hollywood-style evil corporate practices. Avoid, avoid. Go to Cotton.

We delt with WM at my work for the past 30 years, recently they have drastically raised their prices. Even being in a contract, the price continued to clime to over $300 above the contract amount. Also not very helpful on the phone with their hidden fees.
