As a small independent business and a new business the amount of policies, packages and such is absolutely bonkers, its actually quite daunting. Joe at WML asked a few questions of what I wanted ie PLI, contents cover etc. Within minute's a suggested offering was presented and for only what I needed and no more. He and Simon took care of all the paperwork, I literally did the bare minimum and made the while process was seemless. If you need anything insurance related ask for Joe or Simon.

Genuinely wouldn't use anyone else for commercial insurance - after being given the runaround by other brokers for many years beforehand, Joe took countless hours to ensure that the policy we were offered was correct for our needs, and covered everything that we required. Very refreshing to have a broker that honestly has your best needs at heart, rather than trying to sell you a policy and get you out the door. There has been continual updates and check in's from the team to enquire if we require assistance within the multiple lockdown periods. Needless to say, we have just renewed for our second year - which was exceedingly easy!
