That was by far the best Chinese food I’ve ever had in Edmonton. Firstly, the delivery driver called us repeatedly when he arrived, somehow my phone didn’t register the call and he waited 12mins for us while we missed them. I didn’t even notice until after he left. Eventually the restaurant called us directly, very kindly, and told us he’d arrived. When he got here, he very politely asked about my phone number and that he’d called, not knowing we’d missed all of them, but still offered us a great night despite us being distracted by hockey. Oops. The food was absolutely fantastic. Dinner for 4 was a reasonable price for how much food you get, as well as how INCREDIBLE it tastes. The SPRING ROLLS, we’re SO good. It was crunchy and decadent and perfect The vegetables were moist and flavourful without being bitter, and the chicken fried rice had the most delicious seasoning in the rice and eggs. WOW the eggs. The crispy ginger beef was phenomenal, tender and juicy, and the sweet and sour chicken was hearty with a little crunch. Overall, this is my new favourite spot and I apologize for missing the delivery calls. Thank you for your excellent service and amazing food! 🥹 I’m excited for left overs.

Just landed in Edmonton. Nice place to find authentic Chinese food. Chicken was fresh and fire was good. Claypot (metal) keeps the food hot. Nice friendly staff. Too bad, many homeless outside the restaurant.

This restaurant has become unbearable to visit. I used to come here at least once a week over the course of many years, even if it was in the worst part of town. The food and service was good, and it was fairly clean. After the past several most recent months of visiting here though, I've decided that I've had enough. Firstly, it is not safe to come here. Lots of bad people hanging around using narcotics and carrying bear mace and other weapons. Lots of violent situations. But, the real reason I'm leaving 1 star is because of the food, and the staff. The staff have decided to start treating me terribly. I let it go at first but it's just gotten worse as time as gone on. It's as if I've done something wrong. My last visit last week will be my last. I and my friend decided to dine here and the staff treated her and myself like trash. The chicken which we ordered wasn't even cooked. It was literally pink in colour. As another dish was brought to us the server just decided to ram our current dishes out of the way with the next and walk away. We obviously weren't impressed and made it known. We immediately asked for the bill. Then some of the staff had the audacity to speak in their own language and insult us. Little did they know, I could actually understand most of what was said. To top it off, the restaurant was completely disgusting, and full of drunks acting disorderly. So, between the very unsafe community, and area, and issues with the staff, food, and uncleanliness, my 5 star review is no more. I will never return.

This place is a hidden gem 💎 We’ve been coming to this restaurant for a while now and it never disappoints. Yes, the location isn’t ideal—there are a lot of homeless people around, but don’t let that scare you off. Once you step inside, you’re greeted with some of the warmest hospitality in the city. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. And the food? Absolutely fantastic. Every dish is always fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor. Whether it’s the crispy spring rolls, the perfectly seasoned fried rice, or their amazing stir-fried dishes, everything is top-notch. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Service is fast, efficient, and done with a smile. We’ve been to a lot of restaurants, but this one stands out not just for the food, but for the consistently wonderful experience. If you can get past the rough surroundings, you’ll find an incredible spot that’s well worth the visit. Highly recommend this hidden gem!
