I was very excited to join Flora Fountain because of the culture. It’s been 3 months since I joined this digital marketing agency and I have to say I love it. The thing that I like the most about this digital marketing agency is that everbody does everything. You're not expected to do it all by yourself. Don't get fooled by the smiling pictures and great reviews. Almost every review is fake. They themselves write the review using employee's id. My sister worked here for a month and it's terrible out there. Every HR policy is stacked against the employee. If you are fresh out of college who wants to work in an advertising firm, please do yourself a favour and don't ever work in this company. They are experts in covering their tracks.
