Turns out I didn’t buy enough yarn for my project and I had lost the label, so I couldn’t determine what brand and color I needed to reorder. I had also been visiting Germany from the US, so I couldn’t just go to the store in person again. But through some WhatsApp messaging and sleuthing by WOLLEN, they were able to not only find my order from 8 months ago, but also the exact brand AND color I needed. Such amazing customer service, and I can’t recommend them enough!
