I normally go to the other staples in the city but it was my first experience on this site. I can say my experience was mixed because the stuff my kids were looking, they didn't get here and we had to go the other site for that. Staff is less friendly and passive as they aren't paid well or of low in energy. I was waiting near the counter and nobody asked me for the assistance though they weren't that busy. The security guard was looking everybody with suspicious way as everyone is here to grab something, he needs to be polite and should learn how to deal with customers. Parking facility is available but not that large.

A few days ago, I purchased an iPhone with an annual plan from the Bell store inside Staples on 8th Street in Saskatoon. It was a great experience, especially thanks to Ali, who went above and beyond to help me. He patiently spent about two and a half hours making sure I got the best plan and the most suitable deal possible. His professionalism, kindness, and honesty were truly impressive. I sincerely appreciate his help and highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Ali if you’re planning to buy a new phone or renew your plan.

I wish we would have asked for the man’s name. My husband and I went to this location on Saturday, Oct. 25 and the young man working in the printer section was extremely helpful, informative and tentative. Just wanted to thank him again for all of his help today.

Everytime I order printing online I have to wait for 30mins to pick it up while the one person in printing creates orders with customers in store. Why can't there be someone in charge of pick ups? I'm ordering online to avoid waiting in store but everytime I have to wait around forever just to pick up my order.
