I had a lovely experience with both the providers here and the staff. There were plenty of appointments available when I called and information about my concerns were answered over the phone. Also information about the parking was given to me over the phone; which was free and validated. Dr. Kate took the time to listen to me and really make me feel comfortable during my time here. Ms.Shay did an excellent job drawing my blood. it was the most painless extraction I have ever had. Both of them really were great to me. There was little to no wait and I would recommend this location to anyone I care about! I will definitely be returning here

Some of the best staff I’ve ever encountered. Everyone from the front desk team to the medical assistant and the doctors who saw me handled me in a way that was impeccable. Even though I was under the weather facing done excruciating pain from strep Lauren and the team shed some rays of sunlight on that gloomy day.

ERC is a a beneficial and highly recommended therapeutic program to help diverse demographics deal with case management, health and wellness, and mental health issues. Staff here are very caring and the atmosphere is very inclusive for all people of all lifestyles. A caring nonjudgmental safe place to receive treatment either physically or mentally. This place has helped me tremendously get my life together, and I have first hand seen it work for many other people as well. I am greatly appreciative to the staff here for all the hard and diligent work they put into making ERC a conducive therapeutic program.
