The whole office staff is great, I would say front desk is extremely hard to get a hold of. Which is super frustrating. You have to call multiple times to try to get through to make an appointment or speak to someone. They really need to fix that. However Dr. Jenner was our doctor and she was great beginning to end. Really worked us to have a natural delivery but I was unable to we had to have a c-section. She was reassuring and made healthy delivery. I’m so impressed by my C-section scar it’s so minimal! Thank you Dr Jenner !

Doctors are wonderful. Front office is disorganized. It is difficult calling and speaking with the front office, and there are issues with scheduling. This is my first time at any hospital where the front office is extremely disorganized. I am trying to be patient and understanding, but it is hard to when the front office has not clearly improved. I should have listened to other reviews and found another office to go to. If you are thinking about being a new patient just remember that although the doctors are great, the front office makes the experience of being a patient there very difficult. I am trying my best to remain patient and understanding with this situation. I submitted a complaint online to Texas Health because someone has to address and resolve this issue with the front office at this location. I am hoping that not only my experience but others’ experiences will improve. That is why I am reaching out to Texas Health because the front office can improved if there is effort put into improving their service.

I am beyond disgusted with the absolute incompetence and lack of care I encountered while trying to make an appointment at your office. It's incredible that you advertise for new patients when it’s blatantly clear your office has zero interest in actually accommodating them. The entire experience was infuriating. From rude, unhelpful staff to being brushed off without any real answers or assistance—it was a waste of my time. If you don't want new patients, stop pretending you do. It’s false advertising and frankly, disgraceful. As someone from Dallas, this is not the standard of care or professionalism I expect from a medical practice. Your office is an embarrassment to the profession. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid your clinic unless you drastically improve. Fix this mess, or stop wasting people’s time.

My first time in office and I had Dr Lopez. She was very sweet and showed attention to my concerns. I be hesitant to try new doctors because some just want to get you in and out but she took her time explaining what procedures she was going to do and what route she recommended for my case. Really liked it here!! Definitely glad my pcp referred me to her
