We found Wood Floors of Dallas searching google and contacted the owner Hunter Ross because of the stellar reviews here. We weren't disappointed. Hunter is committed to a quality product and quality customer service. He went above and beyond the call of duty to take good care of us. There was a hitch with our installation that could have been disastrous if Hunter did not have integrity along with common sense. Through his testing he found some concerns and did not want to put the wood floors down without further testing. Yes, it took a bit longer, but if he had ignored his findings and barreled through to keep on schedule we would have ended up in trouble down the line. His commitment to quality and inclusion of the customer was top notch. And, the floors look amazing! The crew knew their stuff, were precise as well as polite, and at Hunter's insistence cleaned up after themselves amazingly well. Obviously, we are happy with Wood Floors of Dallas. Absolutely LOVE our floors.

My recent experience with Wood Floors of Dallas was exemplary. Hunter is very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I needed my floors done very quickly and he was willing to work within my time constraints and was able to finish the job within the time frame he specified. I have found this to be not true of most other contractors that I've worked with, so getting done on time was a huge plus. I was nervous about having the work done because I just had the entire house repainted and I was only able to have him refinish one room. They were able to refinish my floors and I didn't even need to do a single paint touch up when they were done. Also, the transition between the room that was refinished to the other wood floors that were not refinished was seamless. You can't even tell! I'm extremely happy with my like new floors and I will definitely call him back when I'm ready to finish the rest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

The personal service provided is phenomenal and the only way to be sure you are getting exactly what you want. And the cost was under what I expected! The work took less time than anticipated and went above and beyond my expectations. I am so pleased! I am editing to add that the customer service level is amazing! I had an issue with my flooring due to an accident that occurred when I was not in my home. I contacted Hunter and he immediately came to see what was wrong and had his guys over to replace the flooring the very next day! I am blown away by the level of service and care for a job well done the owner has. He takes great pride in what he does and is so knowledgeable and he really cares about his customers needs.
