I’m glad these other people posting reviews had good experiences here, but that was definitely not the case for my cat Gigi. I brought my cat here 3 times with concerns and we got no answers but they had no problem charging me every time. The vet seemed like he didn’t care at all about our concerns and what was going on with our cat (Dr.Jassal). He was mainly concerned if she would be aggressive with staff which I already explained over the phone she would be as she’s a Bengal and that’s how her breed is. He looked annoyed every time we came there (even though they’re getting paid each time) and was rude when we had questions. When I explained her condition was getting worse (she has scabs and lesions on her head and body) he just looked at her and said it’s healing so there’s no need to do further tests… some were healing but there were way more. The first picture is when I brought my cat in, and the last two pictures are about 3 weeks later. I saw this vet once for 3 weeks straight. I understand the vet couldn’t do much because my cat eventually had to see a dermatologist… but he could’ve done a skin biopsy like he said he would do… and maybe we would’ve been more ahead of this and my cat wouldn’t be suffering the way she is.

My husband and I have been bringing our dogs, past and present, to this this wonderful family-owned vet clinic for over 10 years, and we can't say enough about them. From the moment you walk through the door, you're treated like part of the family—warm smiles and a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. What sets this clinic apart is the personal attention the staff provides. They treat our shih tzu, Molly, like a member of their family, going above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable during every visit. Doctor Bick always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and never rushes through appointments. Whether it's a routine checkup or a more serious issue, we always feel confident that Molly is in excellent hands. It's rare to find a place where compassion and professionalism go hand in hand so seamlessly. We are incredibly grateful to have found them and would recommend them to any pet owner looking for exceptional care. Thank you for being a place we can trust and rely on!

I have nothing but good words for Dr. Jassal While our circumstances are different and our little Prince passed away, I believe he would have been alive if he was under Dr. Jassal’s care. He has a natural instinct in veterinary care and also takes his job very seriously. We were provided options and he was not afraid to send us elsewhere (the emergency for immediate care). This isn’t about money, it’s about thorough care. Dr. Jassal takes the physical examinations seriously. He paid attention to every detail of Prince. He looked so carefully at his gums, skin tags, counted them, documented everything. Over the past 11 years I’ve never had a more thorough vet. I wish for more pets to be under his care because it’s not a joke for Dr. Jassal. Thank you for the appointment with Prince. For the follow up phone calls and even after Prince’s passing, the email follow up that we could still discuss his results with you for closure. I’m blown away and eternally grateful Dr. Jassal.
