Jon Hall was very friendly and very knowledgeable in directing us to select the perfect size unit that we needed and suggested relocating our new unit from under our bedroom window to the end of the house. Our old unit was very loud and now we don't even hear the new unit. We are also excited because our electric bill has lowered significantly compared to last year's bill with our old unit. Plus the temperature in our home is more evenly distributed . The installers were very professional, friendly and polite and answered our questions about the new unit.
