Aside from the Chiropractor I saw for orthotics being extremely arrogant, the customer service here is atrocious. After having orthotics ordered and not hearing any response after about a month, I contacted the office and they had contacted the wrong person or some random person and made no effort to follow up using the correct email address of mine they had on file. I have since followed up 4 times regarding a question about the materials used in the orthotics, as they repeatedly give me blisters while exercising. I emailed twice in August 2025 (over a 3 week period) and received no response; I then called September 24, and followed up with an email that same day to provide additional information and was told by the somewhat rude receptionist that she would check with the "Dr" regarding my concern. I then followed up on September 30th and have still received no reply. They are useless.
