Unfortunately I had a very different experience yesterday to the other reviewers. It is a nice shop, well laid out and tidy. However, remember that scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts walked in to a boutique clothes store and was snubbed by stuck up sales assistants, well that's how I felt yesterday.The older lady who served me was anything but friendly and helpful, which is a shame as I have always encountered friendly staff in the past.

Lovely clothing items. Disappointing staff behaviour. The older staff member (Nicki I was told) was unfortunately quite rude to us and making snarky comments loud enough so we can hear. Pushing past and being quite passive aggressive. Hopefully this can be addressed as it is a cute store and we picked up some nice bits.

The staff are great, I'd been traipsing around shops looking for a long winter coat but everywhere only had spring stuff out. A kind lady asked if I was looking for anything, so I told her, and she said she'd look what they had downstairs. She picked a coat I would never have thought to try, and it was perfect! And in the sale. Great customer service :-)

Oh wow. Best shopping experience in decades. There were three ladies in the Bath shop yesterday. What was noticeable by its rarity is that they each took a collective interest in my style preferences. They seemed to get on well together and this joint energy was surprisingly uplifting to me. Normally retail assistants elsewhere seem to operate as disinterested individuals. One lady had very good feelers and noticed what I and other shoppers were looking at and suggested similar items to suit our shape and skin tone. So welcome! Even items from the stockroom downstairs. They all knew the stock inside out, were proud of the brand and made my experience a fun yet meaningful moment. Very rate and elegant service. If there were 15 stars instead of 5 that wouldn’t be adequate.
