Been buying from Woolcraft for quite a while now, but recently knots in the wool have become more frequent. The last ball I bought had 8 knots in it. Such a shame as I won't be purchasing anymore
I've been using the woolcraft aran 400g acrylic and acrylic with wool to crochet blankets and the yarn is reasonably priced and works up nicely. Doesn't fray or split and the big skeins are a real advantage for bigger projects.
Bought Baby cakes blanket in a ball. Was going to do a sweater for my great grandson but was intrigued by the blanket pattern. All was fine until a knot appeared & the following yarn was a different colour combination & has spoilt the effect.
