Quiet, clean, and always well-organized. One thing I appreciate the most is that It’s never crowded, and they manage that incredibly well. A space where you can focus on your workout without distractions, in a calm and really pleasant atmosphere.

I love this gym so much - it’s so welcoming and has an amazing atmosphere. The owner is frequently here and loves to chat with any and everyone (as well as the other employees!) It’s never too busy and even when there are some other people, everyone is very kind and considerate.

Absolutely amazing gym. It’s quiet, central, and just extremely friendly. Not a pretentious place and has everything you needs, with a clean bathroom, clean facilities, and just a quiet space to work about and escape downtown. Especially well located for McGill students and staff
