This gyms way too small for the amount of people that go there and it's always packed. You've got the amazing space that's just wasted cause it's apparently for VIP which cost way too much money for, how about you open it up so you have more floor space. Makes no sense if there's never anybody in there. Nobody cleans machines and it's disgusting and unsanitary, this really needs to be addressed! I see lot's of equipment not being placed back to it's proper place. These new trainer's are ridiculous trying to get you on these terrible plans that cost a arm and a leg. So many things are broken that take forever to be fixed. Shall I keep going? Wanted to buy a beverage but waited so long I ended up just leaving cause nobody was there to serve me 🤦🏾‍♂️. I don't know who runs this place but it's TIME to wake up and actually do something about instead of nothing. I've already turned five of my friends away from this gym. Oh and the staff do nothing but sit around just talking to certain people friends etc, when you try to get service from them you feel like you're imposing and interrupting their day.

The best coach you can count on is William. He just started like 6 weeks back but changed my whole routine. He is very attentive, spot on and makes you progress which I never had before in this gym . He's the guy to go too and the new administration takes care of you. Props to Connie and her team 😊

Amazing gym honestly my favorite world gym as a well known influencer I find it super aesthetic for shooting my content. Also I have to say I truly appreciate Anaïs one of the staff members who relentlessly puts in good effort to make sure the training environment is clean and convenient for everyone. Just found out yall fired the best coach this gym had (Ari) over sales? That coach was the heart of worldgym lachenaie he helped everyone mentally and physically! When you got into the gym just seeing him smiling and his positive energy made the gym better. He truly helped everyone with their gains and posture. And yall fired him over SALES? Not selling your one year 2500$ contracts that you force people into with teenager and no good coaches that teach how to do 8 set on a regular machine? Stuff we can learn on YouTube for free??? Yall could’ve kept a good person in there that truly helped and love people. But I guess world gym corporations is all about money and not the well being of its customers.
