Thank you Manuela for setting up the trip of a lifetime for us. Initially, we were nervous because we have never traveled overseas. You organized everything extremely smoothly for us. From our personal drivers, to the trenitalia tickets, our boarding passes for the plane, all of our excursions, etc. Every hotel was beautiful, every excursion was so enjoyable and exactly what we wanted! There's no way I could've planned it all out myself. The tools you provided us, such as the travel app, airline app, and the Google wallet app, were extremely detailed, which made it easy for us to navigate. Thank you for everything. I was planning on a month long trip to Australia and had no idea of where to start. Susan was so helpful. She asked me a few questions of what I would like to do and then she went about having everything arranged for me. Every step of my trip was taken care of and I had nothing to worry about.
