If I could give 0 stars then I would. This company has lost us a lot of money. Their staff are extremely incompetent, losing stock left, right and centre. Many orders sent out were wrong, resulting in many customer complaints and refunds. We still have a long list of overseas orders which are missing and they refuse to compensate us for this. They have somehow managed to lose our stock and are now ignoring emails regarding this also. We are a start up and they could have helped us grow by living up to their promises. Instead they caused us heaps of unnecessary admin and lost a lot of money. If it wasn't for our excellent team, they would have absolutely tainted our brand image. I'm not sure how they treat big corporations so I am not in a position to comment, but if you are a small/start up business, please continue to do your research. Take your time and money elsewhere because this company is not worth it.
If i could give 0 stars i really would. Terrible service they charge you collection fee as well as a delivery fee and do not make that clear! (you pay double what's shown on the price list!)The service you receive is also terrible many emails sent without a response. I would not recommend these to anyone no one else charge a collection fee its always just the one fee.
No impressed with a specific employee, The US side of this company was fine but I would not recommend for international shipment. Provided quote with standard fees not listed etc. when asked to provide a full accurate quote was presented with rude responses. AVOID FOR LARGE INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES
