Worry Free has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They destroyed my property and said they would fix my fence (agreed to by text), and my Christmas lights were knocked down. They didn’t even properly cut through one stump and left it half-cut. They left behind a ton of wood for months until I posted a review in mid-April 2025 stating they hadn’t picked it up. They also overcharged me compared to industry standards. I hired them after the October 4, 2024 windstorm that brought down a tree in the backyard and took out our power lines. We’ve been going back and forth trying to find some kind of resolution for all the damage and the pruning they said they would take care of as part of the quote. They were supposed to cut anything overhanging the property lines and missed a lot. When they came back to pick up the wood left on my front lawn, they didn’t cut back the remaining debris despite verbal agreements. The quote (as seen in the photo) clearly said they would cut everything back for winter, but they left behind tons of flower stems untouched. Getting any kind of apology or agreement to fix this has been like pulling teeth. They insisted on phone calls despite my clear instructions that I wanted everything in writing. Once they finally agreed, they still had one of their employees call me on the day of the so-called “clean-up.” It feels like they’re trying to take advantage of a disabled person, thinking that simply picking up the wood they left behind would make everything okay. They’re wrong. We’ve taken this up with the Better Business Bureau, and we’ll see what happens next. To make things worse, they left piles of debris on my neighbor’s lawn overnight between workdays and refused to clean it up until my neighbor was blue in the face with anger. That incident completely wrecked my relationship with him, and neither of us received any compensation for the damages. Meanwhile, I’ve hired another company to clean up the mess Worry Free left behind, because Worry Free cannot be trusted with property.

This year I decided to get someone to provide weed and fertilizer application for our yard. Worry Free Services did a great job and also trimmed up some hedges for us at the end of the season. Their workers are professional, friendly are good at what they do and their prices are reasonable. We would not hesitate to recommend them for your yard-care needs.
