Andy turned up promptly and immediately sussed out that I needed a new locking mechanism to my side door as it was intermittently sticking when trying to lock it. The only door that I constantly use as entry/exit. Very pleased with the workmanship and would definitely recommend him to others, and of course use his services again in the future

Extremely helpful and was able to visit my location in Swindon, in 45 minutes from the moment I called for a lock replacement. Took out old locks and replaced with complete brand new locks, and had the new keys ready, with plenty of extra spares. Would definitely recommend.

Very efficient service, we were needing a locksmith to come out to us urgently to South Cerney. We have used Andy before for a different reason and he provided great service. This time he came out within the hour also and sorted the issue very promptly.

I called Andy in the morning to see if he was available to change a couple of door locks within Swindon. It was short notice so I wasn’t sure if it was possible to do on the same day but he said he would pop by at 1pm and he was right on time. He was very polite, friendly and professional, and did a great job of changing the locks in hardly any time at all. Would highly recommend Andy if you’re in need of a locksmith!
