I sent an email on 10/11/2022 to cancel my subscription. I have been charged every single month since then (5 additional times!), even with response saying it would be cancelled. I even followed up every month, and was reasonable about perhaps a human error in forgetting to terminate my account. But 5 extra charges is ridiculous. I had to resort to calling my bank to block charges from WPSuites to ensure I don't pay for this service anymore. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Edit: If it was just a button, not sure why it was so hard for you guys to cancel my account. :)
