Absolutely unacceptable behavior from Reliant Plumbing - Dallas. One of their drivers ran a red light and crashed into our car. The driver admitted fault on the spot and provided their insurance information. But ever since, this company has shown zero accountability. We’ve repeatedly asked for the dash cam footage—they’ve refused to share it and are now actively ignoring and blocking our calls. To make matters worse, our driver was injured in the accident, and they clearly couldn’t care less. This is not just bad business—it’s irresponsible and disgraceful. Avoid this company at all costs. If this is how they handle accidents they cause, I can’t imagine how they treat customers.

Can't say enough great things about Reliant! We needed a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal replaced and they got us worked in almost immediately. Our technician Zen was here on time for the estimate and was able to return the very next day to complete the work and perform a full house inspection. Everything is better than new! Five stars.
