We went to XO by Sophia’s for a prom dress today and, even though they were busy, the virtual check in made it quick and easy. Ella helped us and was so sweet. They had a great selection of dresses in all sizes. Would recommend to any first time prom dress shoppers.

We came to XO by Sophia’s today to find a prom dress for my daughter. The young ladies who helped us today were amazing! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted warmly and they were all so very kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the inventory, styles, and how to wear the gowns. We didn’t purchase a gown here because we needed a very specific color BUT we will definitely be back and will pass along our wonderful experience.

I bought my daughter's prom dress here in March of 2025. The dress was more than $500, and they asked for a 15%, 20% or 25% tip for the person who took her to her fitting room and waited while she tried dresses on for 25 minutes. I won't come back here for this reason alone.
