Replaced a Google Pixel 7 Pro screen here. The person I spoke with always picked up the phone and had great communication and discussed my repair options. Fast service too - ordered my part for the next day and got the repair done in a couple hours.

They refused to sell me a replacement battery for an older phone model unless I paid them $50 to perform the repair. That is absurd! Overpriced service and not a consumer friendly business model. Their excuse is that I might come back and complain that the battery doesn’t work if I do the repair myself and “it would lead to a back-and-forth” between us. I told them I am certain that I can do the replacement myself but they refused to sell the battery to me. Why not just have me sign a waiver and say that the sale without repair is a final sale and no refund? What a weird business. Such a shame. I guess I’m taking my money somewhere else.
