I had my floors done in Epoxy. The design came out absolutely beautiful. All products came from XPS. Then they put the T200 on and they Orange peeled and looked awful. My installed drove to Jacksonville and met the person that helped develop the product. He spent most of the day there learning a technique they recommended to fix it. Which also resulted in purchasing $5805 more of their product. They told him he had to sand down my floors with 80 grit and add more clear Epoxy and then put the T200 on again using the wet mop method. Once again they came out terrible. I had another company come out and they said they could fix it by burnishing the floor and using the T2000 top coat because it was the newer improved one. It looked worse than the last time, like it had sand all over the floor. When they called the XPS chemist he said it had a chemical reaction to the epoxy that was put down first. They gave them a list of all the things they needed too purchased to fix it. Of course when I told them the Epoxy was also purchased at XPS no one had words. We now have almost $36,000 tied up in our 2300 sq ft floors. And they still look like crap. Not once did XPS offer anything other than to sell more of their product. So I would say they do not stand behind the product they sell. The just are sales people selling as much as they can. Taking advantage of the buyer resulting more cost to the client. I am very disappointed in the way this all went down still resulting in floors I feel I should just cover up with tile or something else. I didn’t name the companies that put down XPS products because I feel it is a product problem not an installer problem. The first 2 pictures are from when the floor was just Epoxy only and beautiful. The others are from the 2 times it was top coated with T200 and then redone a 4th time with T2000

I love this store! The in house people are awesome, insane knowledge on their products and will help if you have questions. And then Nick, the rep, absolutely love that man! He's never even met me in person but has been a gigantic frigging help to me!!. I reached out a few times so far and Every Single Time, boom answers me, even when I think it's a stupid question or a long text. The man literally called me while he was waiting to see his doctor. So Nick, thank you and however much you get paid, you need a raise sir! Lol. But thank you for real, you guys have been amazing

Amazing experience Shilo and Tom really came in clutch. Walked in with about 100 questions and they were all answered in a way that made me feel knowledgeable. Needless to say will be going back in the future if I need more epoxy. 💸

Man Shilo at the front desk is amazing. Everytime I need advice her experience in this industry gives me the guidance to end up on top. I’m so thankful to have someone like her not only to make sure I have the right products but make sure I have the proper installation. Shilo is the best!!
