The screen on my phone went completely black and I brought it here and they told me the screen gave up on me so they installed a new one and the phone turned ON just fine my old screen had a tiny cracked on the bottom and I guess that caused the screen to go black over time now I'm good with a new screen and screen protector, highly recommend
