This place is a complete disappointment, I would put a zero but it's not possible. Really is the worst service ever. The Yacht was completely different from the photos nothing like what we booked. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and they drove so recklessly that my entire family got seasick. They ignored our messages and refused to take responsibility. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

My husband and I hired Black Pearl for a morning trip and it was perfect, I am pregnant and really wanted some lovely photos and the captain stopped outside the Burj AlArab so we could get some photos and then he anchored outside the Rixos Hotel so my husband could have a swim. We then relaxed in the jacuzzi with a beautiful view, the crew were amazing and made sure we had music on and cold drinks at all times, then even took loads of photos for us! The best part was the cold flannels ! This was the second trip I've taken on Black Pearl and can't wait to come back for the third when our baby is here! We will always use this great company i can't recommended them enough!
