Yello hotel is the one hotel i always go back to when im in SBY. Located near Superindo and a lot of cafes make in convenient to stay there. The room is Perfect size ,not compact. All clean and comfortable. ||Only one minus ,the breakfast. Even the variety of the breakfast is a lot but the taste... Is not that good. Maybe for the food taste can be more better.
I've been on a staycation for the past 2 months. This time, I was looking for a hotel a bit further from my house, which led me to your hotel. Given its 4-star rating and good reviews, I chose it. However, several aspects didn't meet my expectations. The check-in process was overly long, as there was only one serving agent, an intern who lacked experience. I waited for several minutes to be served, as the group ahead of me required assistance with multiple tasks. Additionally, the guests in the adjacent room left their TV on, causing a disturbance. I reported this issue four times before it was resolved. At one point, I had to visit the lobby to speak with the front desk agent in person, as he didn't respond to my complaint immediately after I reported it via a phone call. Although the Front Office Manager had my room upgraded for free to acknowledge my complaints, the air conditioner in the upgraded room didn't work well, failing to cool the entire space. Unfortunately, your hotel provided the most unpleasant experience among all the hotels I've stayed at during my staycation. Do take my complaints seriously and make necessary improvements.
