Shane WNever have ever been spoken to so rudely over the phone. While simply and politely trying to order a taxi from station to go hospital. It felt like they didn’t want the business. Absolutely disgusting. My partner was stuck and Yeovil station due to delayed train so we tried to order a taxi this was one of the first companies we called. “What do you want” is how they answered the phone and only got worse from there no people skills, hung up while I was asking questions, no care or respect over the phone at all. You should feel very ashamed. I Would ask everyone to also read how the “owner” replies to all negative reviews often very unprofessional and rude. Anyone owner who replies “get a life” to a negative review has some serious issues and perhaps looks look for a career that doesn’t involve people skills. Edited: Now that Business owner has replied to my review. They responded the exact way I expected and only proves the points I’ve mentioned above. You can lie and say what I said exaggerated. However it was the complete and utter truth and that’s why I felt the need to right this review. I feel deeply sorry you and more sorry for anyone who tries to use you in the future. You have no sense or understanding or professionalism, compassion or costumer care it's miracle you still have a business. They way you write your responses to your negative reviews is what is laughable. Not once in any of your negative reviews have you ever apologised or took responsibility. For anyone reading this you can tell by his response the type of service you’ll be receiving for your own shake don’t use this company the owner clearly has very deep issues he needs to address.
