Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Had a broken tooth due to cavity and grinding but they were able to remove the broken remnants as well as suture the tissue. All at a reasonable price. If you need something to help calm you down. Tell them what it is. They will do what they can to help. I have severe anxiety with dentists but once I told them I just need to know what's going on they were very supportive and went through the steps of what they were doing and why.

Absolutely horrendous customer service! They can't even retain their dental hygienists, as I've had a different one every single time I've visited. Even the last 3 visits, even the dentist was different, with 3 different dentists. This constant turnover is a major red flag. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of empathy and understanding. My recent experience was the final straw—I was refused service, leaving me completely and utterly shocked. Avoid this place like the plague! There are far superior and more affordable options out there where they genuinely care about their patients. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this disaster of a dental office! Uh oh! Their response to my review was shockingly unprofessional and possibly illegal due to privacy laws. They could have exposed private information about my medical history, making false claims about treatment postponements that never happened. It's a blatant violation of patient confidentiality to discuss any aspect of a patient's status or treatment plan publicly. Clearly, they don't respect privacy or care about their patients' rights.
