Capable Group just completed a full renovation of my large basement (over 1100 sq. ft.), and I couldn’t be happier. The entire project was done professionally and completed on time, exactly as agreed. Every member of the team was licensed and highly skilled—including the plumber, electrician, drywaller, and flooring specialist. The materials used were all top quality, and the workmanship was excellent throughout. I especially want to highlight Nazar, the head of the team, who was incredibly professional and always responsive to calls. His leadership made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The pricing was also very affordable, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend Capable Group for any renovation project!

I'd rate them 10 stars if I could these guys are meticulous, super responsive, extremely professional and so good at what they do. We had never done any renos before and were nervous about horror stories we had heard about from our friends who had done projects with other contractors in the past. Yan and his team made this whole process as easy as possible and communicated with us at every step, and never applied pressure to go over our budget. Nazar and Mila are gems and always responded to my questions, of which there were many. I wish I had another basement to re do so I could work with them again, everyone on this team was a pleasure to work with and our end result is absolutely gorgeous. Keen attention to detail on all parts of the project. Our space is so much more useful now. 1000% recommend these guys.

We had our basement renovated in summer of 2022. Capable had very reasonable pricing and good selection of material and product in their show room. A few hiccups along the way like any renovation but they were fairly responsive and able to rectify the situation. A year later and we still have a beautiful basement and have not had any issues. They were not pushy with trying to get us to add projects we didn't need. I would 100% recommend this company. Their trades were all professional and friendly. Timelines were stuck to and we are extremely happy with our renovation!
