My experience with this bank location is notably shallow in empathy to say the least. No accountability what so ever to ensure proper communication is distrubuted at the time of the account set up, leading to a closure of my account without proper notice. I answered the 1 phone call they made at 63 days for non use of the account in which at this time, I wasnt able to transfer money or physically put money into the account. I had made that clear on the phone. Apparently they also sent mail to my previous address. I was also being charged fees (leading to some overdraft) when there was no money in the account, nor any use of the account within 90 days. At the time of the notice call, I wasnt even offered a solution to get access to my bank account through my phone at the location of where I was at..to conclude, no positive interactions (even from the bank tellers, complete frowns) or any accountability on their end to make it right. Apparently the customer is fully responsible, but then charges me fees for their lack of proper services. The account manager who generally seems like a nice person, was advised by his direct that they would NOT reinstate my account or allow to continue any further membership because of this record. Their shallow explanations with no empathy to my circustances.. leads me to say, that I am okay with this decision as I wouldnt want to trust my money or do any further business with this bank who REALLY don't ACTUALLY take care of their customers. The one star is only for the account manager who seemed nice and that actually tried to help.

Excellent and fast service! Every one of our interactions with the YNCU SSM staff over the past five years with respect to finances for our mom have been fantastic. Our mom recently passed away and Kim (reception), Vicki (Admin) and Hillery (online support) each responded quickly and effectively to meet our various needs. Vicki stayed late to complete our paperwork so that we could get on the road to Ottawa. She also ensured that any remaining paperwork could be completed virtually. A great place to do business with!
