Kevin and his team were very good. I was a for sale by owner that wasn’t seeing results and Kevin picked it up and sold the house very quickly. The only reason that my review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because I felt that after the offer letter was signed, communication fell off a bit. I had a remote closing and there was an error in the documents (from the title company) when I tried to contact Kevin he was unavailable and I had to go to someone else on his team which took a while. I understand that this was a bizarre circumstance but I would have preferred Kevin to have been 100% available during the 1 hour time of closing. That being said I would definitely use Kevin again, he was excellent with marketing and sales. Just had that one issue. I would give a 4.4/5 stars

Don’t waste your time listing with anyone else, Yoder team will get the job done efficiently, professionally, and quickly. We tried selling our home on our own and we almost gave up after a month. We decided to give Kevin and his team a chance, and we were glad we did. The house went on the market Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Kevin was working during Memorial Day weekend to coordinate a bidding war on our house and presented us with the highest offer on Tuesday which was higher than the asking price.
