Rebecca was absolutely amazing! She led a group of us through a slow flow right on the water and it was the most beautiful experience. I have never worked with someone with this great of customer service. She kept me in the loop with every detail, scoped out locations for us (since our group was coming from out of town), and made sure everything was perfect. Between her calming voice, the music and the sound of the waves, it was everything our group hoped for and more! I will drive hours away again just to attend Rebecca's classes!

Absolutely love the atmosphere here! I have taken 2 classes so far and I have to say I am completely obsessed! The first class was Yin Yoga and it was so calming I wish that class lasted all day. Tonight I took their Barefoot Boot Camp and I have to say it kicked my butt (my whole body is going to be sore tomorrow)! If you're looking for an awesome full body workout I totally recommend. I love the classes offered at this studio. They offer a wide variety of classes from Buti Yoga to Vinyasa Flow to Pound. Rebecca teaches in a way that is fun and challenging.
