I really like how many classes are offered through yoga synergy. They have 2 studios and a ton of classes at both, which is really great for my schedule. The sportsplex location is definitely more intense. All of the classes are pretty hot, the regulars are pretty intense yogis, and the classes are definitely a very good workout. The circle location is more warm yoga with gentler classes and flows. They also offer yin classes at the circle location, which are relaxing. The instructors are great and very knowledgeable. The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s pretty pricey and has only gotten more and more expensive, which I understand is the world we live in. If you are going to make a fair amount of classes, I think the the monthly or 6 month membership is worth it.

Love this location, so convenient off Post Road and 95 plus the times of the classes range so you can get your practice on early at 6am, over lunch or end of day! Big fan of Annie Leeks who also does an intermediate class (Note: All of her classes will challenge you with so much variety from class to class BUT all instructors offer modification and do a great job with adjustments). Owner Lisa and her staff are super friendly and accommodating. You will often see Lisa either instructing or in class too! Clean, well looked after bathrooms and entire facility. Lastly, plenty of men and women in the class so all are welcome. Highly recommended.

LOVE Synergy!!! I had been to Synergy a few times but made the switch to make it my full-time yoga home back in April. I absolutely love the studio (both actually!). The teachers are amazing. I travel a lot for work and always find a yoga studio to practice at and I have never found a studio with the caliber of teachers like the ones at Synergy (that is also including some pretty big "yoga" cities in the country). The staff is friendly and helpful and the studios are super clean and tranquil. I also had a shoulder injury a few years ago and went to Physical Synergy for some work done on it. It was fabulous - I was back at it in no time and the care and facility at Physical Synergy was exceptional. I am happy to have this place my home and hope that others will read this and come try it out!
