Honestly the best experience overall I’ve ever had at a yoga studio or any workout studio for that matter. The instructors and front desk workers are always kind and the ~vibe~ is always good. The classes are so solid, always different, and what I need to feel replenished.

Just started going there. My first contact was Emily at the desk. She's kind, warm, and super encouraging. Pretty sure, we've met before but I digress. Then, I had the pleasure of taking Yin class with Diana Seva, Beginners with Heidi and Candlelight Flow with Emi. Having never done Yoga before, these classes were easy to follow and just the perfect amount of challenging. My body's been broken for a while. Thealing definitely begins here.

I recently took a class here & it was great! The space was very soothing, the owner was very welcoming and the instructor, Shira Minter, was amazing! As a beginner course, it was a bit challenging but was completely worth it in the end. Very soothing, highly recommended! If you're a fan of HOT yoga, this is your place 🧘🏾‍♂️🕯
