10/10 clinic- I cannot say enough good things. Front desk staff are responsive and knowledgeable, often able to accommodate my pet when same day care is needed. Dr Draband & Dr Elizabeth are skilled in diagnosis and remain sensitive to costs, which I find very reasonable in comparison to other clinics. Doctors have also personally returned my phone calls same day to consult with me on next best steps, behaviour I have not seen accommodated by other clinics that can’t event offer you an appointment within a two week period. This clinic truly provides exceptional care for your pet along with an outstanding customer experience for pet owners. A big heartfelt thank you to Riverdale Animal Hospital for going above and beyond, I appreciate you!

During a very difficult time not only do I feel my pet received a one care but I also gained knowledge. Plenty of lengthy phone calls discussing my situation. And making the right choice for my dog! Who happened to need a surgery ten mins after they had closed but they kindly waited to access my dog after hours and did the procedure!! Very greatful for this vet !! Very educated experienced staff!! You can tell thier passion is the animals!! Thanks again 💜

Went there about 15-17 years ago when one of my neighbours was dumping buckets of liquids onto the road and my cat drank some of the liquid and it was anti-freeze. The vet don’t remember his name but he was amazing helped keep my family not only calm but also let us know what was happening what could happen. How long it could take as well as the prices before anything. Now years later my cat is old and sick and I needed to make an appointment to see a vet and my clinic was closed, they were more than happy for me to come see them. This place is my second choice for vets.

This was my first visit to Riverdale Animal Hospital, and it was during an emergency. My parrot had suffered a broken femur, and I was understandably anxious and overwhelmed. Dr. Drabant was incredibly supportive, gentle, and informative throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and gave me confidence in the treatment plan. My Quaker parrot had femur surgery the very next day, and even though we’re still early in the recovery process, she’s already responding well. I’ll be returning for follow-up appointments, but I can already say I highly recommend Riverdale Animal Hospital — especially for avian care. The entire staff was so kind and professional. They made a stressful situation much easier to navigate, and I’m truly grateful for the care they provided.
