Just wanted to share my experience at this veterinary clinic yesterday. Thank you so much to the kind and compassionate staff of this clinic for making mine and my cat's visit a successful one! From the front desk staff, the Doctor and other staff, everyone was just amazing and so supportive. I was blown away by their tender and understanding nature, as well as the treatment that was provided to my baby Mimi. She is a rescue and has been with me from the time she was 2 until now, a full grown 16 year old. She has been my trusty companion throughout the years but she is extremely scared of other people and animals. Just like mommy, Mimi experiences anxiety. This clinic understood her needs and provided her with the best care possible. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Today Mimi is happily spending time at home, resting, eating and receiving her ear cleaning and mousse treatments. Thank you again My Animal vet clinic!!
We had a very reassuring experience at My Animal Veterinary Clinic. Our pup Switch had just had a seizure and we were really anxious and scared. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive. They made us feel safe and took the time to explain everything clearly. The vet was calm, gentle, and took the time to walk us through what might be going on and what the next steps could be. You could really feel how much she cares. From the front desk to the tech, everyone made a hard moment feel a lot less heavy. If you're looking for a kind, caring vet clinic in Midtown Toronto, I’d absolutely recommend them. We're very grateful for the way they looked after our dog.
