I have been going to York Dental Health Associates for over six months now. I’ve had two cleaning, two fillings and a crown placed at this office in that time. They have fit me in quickly when I had tooth pain and are accommodating with my schedule for routine visits and follow ups. I needed my first root canal seven months ago and came to this office for a crown and now they are my regular dental office. Even my husband has changed to this office. The front desk staff is always very friendly and quick with service. Kristin has helped with my billing and insurance questions and also helped set my appointments. I am never left waiting in the office more than five minutes. The office is clean and inviting. Dr Fried is very thorough and does a great job with his cleanings, fillings and crown. Lexie has assisted and is attentive and kind. I recently had a cleaning with the dental hygienist as well and she did a fantastic job. I have lots of anxiety with dentists. I was never taken as a child and started sporadically as an older teenager when I was able to do so independently. Now that I’m an adult I still find it hard to follow through and go due to anxiety and discomfort during it. The staff understands I have anxiety and are patient and take their time with me. They explain everything and help put me at ease. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dental office to call home.

I went here a total of 3 times. 1st time I was in pain. Learned the that I needed a root canal, got a referral. At that appointment, I was very uncomfortable with the way Dr. Fried spoke to his staff. However, he was pleasant with me. 2nd visit, after root canal, to have a permanent filling and "cleaning". Same degrading tone with staff and gave me the most basic cleaning ever. Just had a 3rd visit. Went in with hopes that maybe the previous trips were just on bad days. Unfortunately, same thing! A cleaning that consisted of him showing me how to floss, a quick polish and out of the chair. Approximately 10 minutes. Oh and a suggestion for a crown. No thank you. Horrible experience and won't return. I tried but this is not the dentist for me. If you are considering going, in my opinion, don't! However, if you do go, please post your positive or negative review.

This is the worst dental experience I have ever had. I’ve gone back several times in hopes it would improve…it has only gotten worse. The dentist has taken over for the hygienists and does NOT actually clean my teeth. He has the same routine of showing me (54) how to floss. He is EXTREMELY rude to the females in the office and I never leave feeling like my teeth are clean. I absolutely do not recommend!
