I had a fantastic experience at the pet grooming store! The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to my furry friend's needs. The grooming service was top-notch, leaving my pet looking and feeling great. The facility was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for all the animals. I highly recommend this place and appreciate the owner's dedication to providing exceptional care for our beloved pets. I'll definitely be returning for more visits in the future!

My poor dog! I took my dog for a grooming appointment and they plucked her ears without telling me. I heard my dog crying and whimpering in the back. It must've been really painful. When i confronted the owner they ignored me. My dog's ears became red and inflammed like the beginning of an ear infection. Not taking my dog back again. Do not recommend!

I had a terrible experience at this pet store. I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment, and the service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed rushed and inattentive, barely acknowledging my concerns about my dog’s sensitive skin. After the grooming session, my dog developed a severe skin condition that required an expensive visit to the vet. It’s clear they either used low-quality products or didn’t take the necessary precautions to handle my dog properly. When I reached out to address the issue, they were dismissive and unapologetic. I expected much better care and professionalism, especially from a place that claims to care about pets. I won’t be coming back here, and I’d strongly caution others to avoid this store if you value your pet’s health and well-being.
