Jack ManI had a wonderful experience in buying a used 2019 Mazda 3 with Jaydon last week, where I feel like I was being treated as a friend instead of just a customer. When I first walked into the store, there was no salesperson available at the time, and they also did not show any wills to help. I was a bit confused and disappointed and thinking if I should just leave with disappointment, but then this humble guy showed up, apologizing for not able to help immediately and professionally responded to my request on checking the vehicles. His professionalism changed my mind and we started to have some conversations about cars, which I felt no pressure on buying the vehicle at all. This created a huge contrast on my previous experience as I was in Agincourt Mazda right before visiting Mazda Richmond Hill, where the salesperson there was insisting me on leasing a new car instead as he mentioned the commission on used car is not high. However, my conversation with Jaydon never involved asking for leasing as he totally understands my needs and situation, which I am so glad that he’s in charge of my sales but not the others. Now I am so happy with my Mazda3 and the 5 stars are exclusively to Jaydon for his humbleness, friendliness and professionalism. Keep up the good work!
