I love this chain. I have tried most locations. This location has a very attentive staff the service is great. The food was lacking. The teriyaki sauce had a weird taste and the chicken tasted old not freshly made. The veggies were perfect.

Decent amount of parking. Food came out fast and Qwuice (not sure I’m spelling his name correct) was very nice and patient. Didn’t make us feel rushed. Very friendly to my kids also and super polite. Food was very good and good quality. Over all great experience.

.44 cents for extra ginger??? That’s just petty. After spending $15 for a combo, charging extra for ginger is horrible. Been going to Ys all over the SoCal and never been charged extra except here in Rancho Cucamonga.

This is the best low cost big portion Japanese food you can get. Get the plate for best bang for the buck. The double meat option is not double at all. Just a side of veggies for extra $1 or so. Love the cheese cake, flam and cookies dessert. Love to add more spice to my plate. More Sriracha and peppers powder. 1 bad thing is the new dumpling, they have no idea how to reheat it properly, very oily and smell like oil. The sauce come with is black vinegar. I got to give this side to Wabash grill. They did way better job at it. Plus they got a very good sauce for it.
