⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in the Heart of NYC! From the moment I stepped into FIDI NYC, I knew I was in for something special. The entire property sparkles with cleanliness — every corner feels fresh, polished, and meticulously maintained. It’s clear the staff takes immense pride in keeping the space pristine. Speaking of the staff, they were phenomenal. Warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Whether it was offering local tips or ensuring our room was perfect, they went above and beyond. The beautifully appointed rooms are a true sanctuary. Elegant decor, plush bedding, and thoughtful touches made it feel like a boutique retreat in the middle of the city. I didn’t want to leave! And let’s talk perks: the 2-hour wine hour was a delightful surprise — a perfect way to unwind and mingle with other guests. The continental breakfast was equally impressive, with fresh pastries, fruit, and gourmet coffee that rivaled any café. If you’re looking for a stylish, welcoming, and impeccably run hotel in NYC, FIDI NYC is it. I’ll absolutely be back!

I stayed at this hotel on Business. If you're working in the financial district this is centrally located. If you have meetings in midtown or uptown you can use the subway that is 1 street over and jump on the number 5 line.||As for the hotel, wonderful little surprises like the complimentary breakfast served on the second floor from 7am. Complimentary drinks and nibbles from 5pm and a good co-working space made it Business friendly. The team are knowledgeable and friendly, giving me great recommendations for dinner both nights (The Dead Rabbit and London & Martin).||The rooms for New York are a good size, personally I would advise upgrading your room if you are planning to stay more than 4 days. But they are modern, well appointed and offer a great night's sleep.||Only 2 things that aren't in the room, coffee/tea making facilities and an Iron. But that might be an older hotel style.||1 special note, you control the AC, it's not a centralized system. So you can set the temperature to your liking!

Excellent option in Manhattan. Rooms are small but perfectly fine for a couple or solo traveler, with clean, modern design and a surprisingly quiet street for NYC. Location is fantastic—subway on the corner, South Ferry two blocks away, with great coffee and bars right across the street. The simple breakfast is a nice bonus, but what really makes the difference is the staff: genuinely kind, attentive, and always willing to help. They even arranged our airport transfer on departure. Thank you for making our stay in New York feel so welcoming!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I was immediately impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained everything was.||My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in, and the little touches—like fresh linens, complimentary water, and thoughtful amenities—made a big difference.||The service here is truly outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. The hospitality made me feel valued as a guest.
