Called in to ask for a few questions before hand was answered by an unknown man did not present himself. I simply had two questions to ask him and to be honest it was only a one way communication with him. I managed to be able to ask him one of the concerns I had, which was if he offered networking related jobs and said no. Going for my second questions I was quickly and abruptly denied the chance to ask the simple question of how much was it to rent a pair of hard steel boot, but because there a whomping 3 people waiting on the line, he quickly went back to one way communication . You should invest in a queuing system for your phone so people can wait while listening to music and be able to know in how long their call will be answered. This would insure that the person handling the phone call would not crumble under the pressure of all those phone calls. In all honesty, I would never deal with such company that treats people with so low respect. To whom answered my call at around 13:15 the 9/18/17 should receive the 2017 award for "Commiment to offer the worst customer service". - Phone communication is a full duplex method of communication. Why only use half of its potential? P.S I would give 0 stars, but sadly can not. Cheers, Julien

Yott personnel, when I was started working for the first time ever I worked for them from late 90's to early 2000's at the AMAV factory now call MEGA BLOKS in Ville Saint Laurent... we used to come in pack like we were going to a field trip, working hours was from 7:00AM to 3:00PM. Working for them was not the best experienced as they make you come at 6AM or 7AM to wait for hours sometimes coming for nothing when they tell you there is no work. the place looks like it was a prison hole with the Yott staff behind a bullet proof window as if they were dealing with criminals but I could understand as the majority of their workers were homeless or with mental problems and I am talking from experience as I had to work together with some one that had schizophrenia, some of them didn't have money for bus fare to get to their work destination so they used to give them allowances, sometimes they will drive us in a mini van if the destination was far for us to get there on time. Any ways I am surprise Yott personnel still there after all this year. I just wonder about the morbidly obese guy that used to seat behind the bullet proof glass is still alive? *Reply to the owner* So what if I waited 20 years to write this review? I worked for you guys during my the summer time or when I had some time off from college. You probably want to discredit me cause I didn't say good things about you guys.

There are people who talk the talk but few actually back it up like they have. Yott Personnel has always delivered beyond expectations with all our business needs besides them being very professional and a cool organization to deal with.

Avoid this one like plague if you can; underpaid awful jobs in general, frequent errors on paychecks, dispatcher treat people like s**t , waiting room more or less suited for homeless people , average people frequenting this agency is 40+ and awful lot undereducated. EDIT: PS: It goes without saying that positive feedback on this page is done by insiders :).Oh, and by the way , don't be afraid to post your comments on this page to let them know how lousy their agency is, we live in the 21st century after all... unlike them!
